Karen began her career as editor-in-chief of Black Beat, an urban teen entertainment magazine. She was editorial manager at United Negro College Fund, and marketing manager for Motown, and GRP Records.
As a communications specialist, she has full knowledge of stylebook usage and relevant electronic media placement tools.
Creatively trained at Pratt Institute, she provides expert direction in the design, selection, editing, and methods of distribution for marketing collateral. Karen holds an M.A. in Corporate & Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson Univ., and a B.A. from Pratt Institute.
