My partners and I are beta testing a new site and we are looking for a copywriter who can first put together a 12 newsletter series for email autoresponder. After that, we may be interested in having you help us with the main page content and some more articles for submission.
The emails are usually 250 to 500 words. Articles are about the same.
Looking for a quote just on the emails right now.
Real estate related dealing specifically with multifamily properties. Experience in that area is preferred but not an absolute must.
Looking to provide rich information to the subscriber but have it presented in a fun entertaining personalized way.
I will provide the materials for review so you are comfortable with the subject matter and give a lot of guidance. I have done dozens of these types of projects in the past but we have so many sites going that I am retiring from day to day copy writing.
I was able to do about 2-4 of the emails/ articles a day. But I had a lot of other things to do so I might have been able to do more.
