The objective of the project is to create interest in our soft skills training and get people to send us there details if they are interested in getting the best training for their staff.
I will be sending out a good quality sales catalogue with a list of courses but before the customer sees that I want a copy-written sales letter on why they should use us! My company is targeting HR and Training managers or any business that could benefit from training. I envisage a three stage process: 1) Send out initial Sales Letter/Press Release to create interest i.e. How to get subsidised training for your staff. 2) Send more informations about Upfront Communications and how to get subsidised training. 3)Meet with them and close the sale on training. I want the sales letter and package we send out to WOW the customer and make him/her want to contact us. I will be sending out a book with the sales letter on Presentation Skills for free and this comes with a Free CD when they send us their details. I am wanting to position ourselves as an expert in our field, I want potential customers to perceive that we are the training company to have to train your staff. I am sending the book to demonstrate the expert trainers we have and the subsidy to demonstrate our credibility and high standards of professionalism. Our main benefit to organisations is a subsidy of $500 per day from the National Trainers and Speakers Association. This is an incentive from the association to encourage companies to train and the only company credited is Upfront Communications. We want a sales letter outlining the benefits of training your staff i.e. getting more customers by improving customer service, but more importantly demonstrating to managers their return on investment for training, what is in it for them. We want to get it across that we solve their problems, give them more time and make their job easier. I have attached a sales catalogue for more information.

| Just to clarify, this is a bid to write the sales letter you mentioned for the purpose of wowing target prospects. Presumably we could discuss writing more copy to promote this service after the letter is done.
