Hi Cicero, I presume that the letter will be quite short, as it is a 'call to action' asking recipients to fill out the enclosed postcard. My bid includes full handover of rights for my work and also unlimited revisions to the letter upon your review. I am contactable by telephone, Skype, email and Instant Messenger. Regards, Gillian - Typolicious Creative.

Sending the right letter that instantly draws attention, connects to your prospect and makes them feel that they really immediately need what you are offering is of utmost importance. Immediately being the Key Phrase here, because most letters that are sent to business owners either land up in trash cans and are never even read or are forgotten, and hence the response rates are typically low. And that is exactly what I take care of for you... That your letters not only get read, but also connect to the reader and get you calls as well as enclosed postcards without them procrastinating and forgetting about it. All I would need to do is collect some information from you via an email or a call. You also get two free revisions I generally charge much more than this, usually about $500. But since I enjoy writing sales letters that pull in customers like swarms of bees so much that $300 automatically go into your account for your trust in me.

I'll just need a quick phone call with you to learn the main selling points and the nature of the audience. Then I can turn it around for you. The bid is a set, flat fee, including revisions.

The most important thing is getting complete details from you about your service and what you may or may not know about your competition so that I can determine an accurate point of motivation for your prospects to take action now. Once that determination is made, I typically develop three draft letters that I will provide them for your review within 4 days. Based on your feedback, I will develop all three final drafts and you are welcome to use any or all three letters to promote your services to clients. Should you find that one particular letter gets the best results, that is the one I would suggest you use first on a continuing basis. To be more effective, you will want to follow up with those who did not immediately respond with one or both of the subsequent letters at 30 day intervals. That should get you the greatest percentage of response. Sincerely, David M. LaBuda
